The Men of Sea rally around Lisa when Ryan’s brazen acts go over the top. It’s been a long time coming, but everyone is sick of enabling him. She’s got a forbidden secret that she’ll keep as long as she can. In the meantime, Ryan returns to work at Lang, Smith and Romney, working on the next season of the real estate renovation program with a new co-star, beautiful Tiffany, and there's instant chemistry. Will it last?

On the same weekend Ryan moves out, Tony Roman, Andy’s brother, and his girlfriend, heart surgeon Kassandra, buy Iggie Roman’s monstrous beach house built by Senator Monroe, Pam’s old BF. They seem like the perfect balance to the drama filled residents. Time will tell…

Then the first major snowfall of the season happens and Nanny Daniela falls in the street. The handsome EMT who arrives to help takes an interest in Lisa and the feeling is mutual. For a change, however, she’s going to take her time. In the end, he'll show up at a jaw-dropping event.
