Witches are dropping like flies and I could be next.

A serial killer is picking off vulnerable witches, and when I find the dead body of a young girl, I become entangled in her murder. I'm suspect number one. No one cares that I’m innocent—I’m a fae-witch mixed species, and in sleepy Agedale Town, that’s a crime in itself.

My only hope of escaping a jail term is working with Gabi Pride, the new law enforcement of our supernatural town. The upside? She believes I'm not a murderer. The downside? She's my ex-girlfriend, and the hurt and tension of our past stalks us like a third wheel.

But proving my innocence is only the tip of the iceberg. If Gabi doesn’t act fast, the killer will take another witch’s life.

And next time it could be mine.
