All I needed was to make it back to Broom’s Isle after completing a menial task, having done it a hundred times before. However, there’s a saying that goes something like, “even the best sailors can be lost to the all-powerful ocean.” And me? Yeah, I might be a witch, but I’m no match for the sea. Before I know it, I’m tossed about the waves…
And land on a mysterious island.
The threats here are large, and it doesn’t take long before I realize the insurmountable dangers lurking in the shadows. But it’s not long before I discover I’m not the only one stranded here…
He is here.
As if the Fae aren’t frustrating enough, this lowly man gets right under my skin from the get-go. Sure, he’s handsome, strong, and cunning, but I’ve already made a promise to myself—and I intend to keep it. However, we quickly find out we need each other to get out of here…
And that’s only the beginning of our journey.
I thought I’d be heading home, but he throws curve after curve at me, and I find myself falling for him—even after finding out he’s a prince . Things heat up between the two of us, and as the fires rage internally, I realize the dangers I faced on the island have nothing on this…
Betrayal of the crown, past love, and assassins…
Is heartbreak worth the risk? Or will I wish the sea had swallowed me?
