Be My First

Bode

I shouldn’t go on this trip. My best friend and business partner, Eli Sterling, invited me to come to Italy for the summer with his family – his very famous family. Eli’s brother is the President of the United States – they are the most powerful and one of the richest families in the country.

I really shouldn’t go on this trip because I’m obsessed with Eli’s much younger sister, and she is completely off-limits. Juno and I shared one forbidden kiss years ago, It was the best kiss of my life – the sort of kiss I’ll never get over, but it was a mistake and if Eli ever found out about it – or the President for that matter, I’d be dead.

Juno

Somehow Bode and I are seated together on the flight over to Italy. I’m so excited for this trip. I’m excited to be together with the whole family, but it’s more than that. It’s a big summer for me. I look over at Bode.

Maybe he can…

No. No. Juno, don’t even think about it.

I study Bode. But maybe…

The truth is I have a problem that I’m determined to fix this summer. I’m a virgin. I’m twenty-two, and I refuse to graduate college still a virgin.

My overprotective brothers won’t let a man anywhere near me, and I’m dying to start living my life. I’m determined to lose my virginity on this trip no matter what it takes. Maybe Bode is the perfect solution to my problem?

The more I think about it - Bode is perfect – he’s super sexy and an all-around good guy. I’ve had a crush on him for years. I kissed him once – although that was complicated, and he’s been weird around me ever since. I don’t have any romantic notions about losing my virginity, but it would be nice if it was with someone I know and trust.

Bode

Juno has been flirting with me the entire trip – and frankly, every other man who crosses her path. I’m doing a decent job of staying away from her until we end up at a cooking school together for two weeks in Tuscany.

Alone.

We were never supposed to be alone, but everyone else bailed last minute. Eli asked me to look out for her while we’re here. She’s making her desire for me very clear, and I’m torn between my feelings for her and my loyalty to my best friend. I have a lot to lose. Hooking up with her is guaranteed to blow up my life. My willpower is only so strong because she’s all I’ve ever wanted.

She’s the woman of my dreams, and she’s my best friend’s little sister.

She couldn’t be more completely off-limits.
