A Baby for the Mountain Man

I’ve never really had a family outside of my friends, but that hasn’t stopped me from wanting one.

When I’m no closer to being with the man of my dreams, I decide there’s nothing stopping me from becoming a mom on my own.

I decide to do just that right after my best friend’s wedding.

As a final pre-pregnancy hurrah, I give myself permission to flirt with her brother during the festivities. He’s a grumpy mountain man who is only in town for the wedding. I’ve been in love with him forever, but he’s always been off limits.

After one incredible night together, we part ways. I assume for forever.

That is until I go in for my doctor’s appointment and find out I don’t need any help getting pregnant—I already am.

Now I have to figure out how I’m going to tell my best friend’s brother that I’m having his baby.

Could this be my chance to have everything I’ve ever wanted? Or will I end up more alone than ever?
