Can an alien warrior prince and a female human scientist learn to love during an ongoing war?

After being abducted by aliens, roboticist Carmela Cosgrove awakens on a ship, with strange cyborgs examining her. Horrified at the truth of their plans for her, Carmela is still reeling when space pirates board and try to take control of the ship.

She manages to escape her captors but runs head-long into Cyburn, exiled prince and leader of the band of rebels who are fighting against the mechanoid army of the Belic Empire…and one of the hottest “men” she’s ever seen.

Who knew that her “type” ran toward alien hunks?

The immediate attraction between them only grows when they join forces to try to destroy the massive alien ship and rescue the other captives on board.

With her intelligence and ingenuity and Cyburn’s renegade warrior skills, can the pair successfully fight their shared enemy, or will the evil plot of the Empire spell doom for them before they even had a chance?
