I love my job as the town Librarian but in a Small Town like Walker Lake, Texas it is pretty hard to meet anyone, and being alone for Christmas just sucks.

So, when my friend suggests that I be North’s fake date to his brother’s Christmas wedding I decide to go for it.

My brother is marrying my ex-fiancé and my parents want me to go and put on a brave face for the sake of the family.

I will do it for them, but I refuse to go alone. So, when a buddy of mine suggests taking the curvy librarian as my fake date I am all in.

Candy is as sweet as her name, and I have every intention of not letting her walk away.

Only my ex has other plans and with the whole town watching my every move, I plan on taking what I want.
