Jensen Grimes had it all. A wonderful wife, a growing family and a stable job as a Kern County Deputy Sheriff. His life was perfect, his job was boring.

However, when he begrudgingly accepted an undercover gig as a member of the Chrome Poppies Motorcycle Club, he was unaware what was at cost.

President Levi Shields was volatile and constantly got away with a slew of crimes from theft to murder. It was Jensen’s job to find out why Levi was let off; however, he feared the consequences if he reported any activities back to the chief.

One fateful afternoon changed everything - for Jensen and for eight-year-old, Emilie Dillon, when she witnessed her entire family, as well as Jensen, be gunned down by Levi.
