I passed out and woke up in a firefighter’s bed with his daughter braiding my hair.
I’m strangely terrified of deer and we saw one while camping, and I immediately fainted.
Over the last month, his little girl comes over so I can braid her hair before she get’s on the bus.
Last night, she begged her dad to invite me on their camping trip, and I didn’t want to say no to her.
But when I saw the deer I fainted, but luckily he caught me before I hit my head.
I woke up confused in a bed that wasn’t mine, with little fingers braiding my hair like I taught her.
She smiled and said, “Daddy carried you inside. I told him I’d take care of you.”
He was standing in the doorway, arms crossed, watching his daughter braid my hair in his bed.
He looked at me and growled,
“She asked if I was going to marry you the other day.”
