Axel Creed is a world-class partier. He loves women, especially ones with long legs and a six-pack. He’s earned his nickname: Rabies, on and off the field. He’s the craziest of the Fearless Five, and he takes pride in all the debauchery he’s committed. But he’s had a secret since freshman year. He’s obsessed with Scarlett Quinn even though she’s not his usual type. Thoughts of her curvy figure haunt his nights. It’s been two years since Axel first noticed Scarlett. He’s stalked her, learned her mannerisms, and now he means to have her.

Scarlett Quinn has a secret of her own. She’s a hard worker and wants to be a journalist after graduation. She dreams of becoming a household name. As Axel tries to pursue her, she runs at first. She’s always liked her boys a lot more tame. Axel is intense, and her natural-born submissive nature loves his assertive dominance.

Axel’s kisses burn brighter than any Louisiana sunset. Why can’t she resist him, and why can’t he forget her? Is this a match made in Heaven or a disaster waiting to happen? With every great love story, there is opposition, and drama will abound throughout. But when Scarlett gets a tip for the school newspaper that she has to investigate, Axel will stop at nothing to keep her safe. This is a darker story than Book #1. Axel is not a villain, but he isn’t a hero either. So, when a murder happens on campus, he’s not above morally grey decisions to keep Scarlett safe. Will outside forces keep them apart, or will they find the love they have always dreamed of?
