A Witch Who Never Met a Cause She Wouldn’t Fight For
A Retired PADA Werewolf Looking for a Fresh Start
Welcome to Moonlight Bay…Where Even the Cat Has Opinions.

***Cross-over series from the A Witch in the Woods series with Shayla Loci and Alex Stone! Set in the PADA world.
Retiring from PADA was supposed to be the easy part. After years of undercover work, werewolf Mason Wolfe is looking forward to a quieter life as the new Chief of Police in Moonlight Bay—a charming supernatural seaside town where the biggest excitement should be directing traffic during festivals.

Instead, on his very first day, he arrests the town’s favorite troublemaker.

Adeline Beaumont is a witch, bakery owner, environmental activist, and firm believer that if something can’t speak for itself, she’ll do the shouting for it. Whether she’s chaining herself to bulldozers to save endangered magical creatures or handing out enchanted pastries that brighten someone’s day, Adeline has never met a cause she wouldn’t fight for.

Then there’s Princess Muffin Top.

After accidentally drinking an assertion potion, Adeline’s smoke Maine Coon developed the unfortunate habit of saying exactly what’s on her mind. Now every customer—especially the handsome new police chief—has to endure her endless stream of sarcastic commentary. And right now, her favorite thing to do is poke fun at the new chief with embarrassing nicknames like Chief Howls-at-the-Moon and Wolf Boy.

As sparks fly between the law-abiding chief and the law-breaking baker, trouble begins brewing beneath Moonlight Bay’s picture-perfect streets. Someone is determined to get rid of the centuries-old pact that has held the town together, and now it’s up to Chief Wolfe and Adeline to figure out who wants to destroy Moonlight Bay…all while fighting off their attraction for each other.

Can a rule-following werewolf and a rule-breaking witch learn to trust each other before danger comes calling? Or will their budding romance go up in smoke before it ever has a chance to rise?
