I was born to dance. And I have my sights set on Broadway. It’s my dream.
Nothing and no one was going to get in my way.
Until him.

Hayden Alessi.
From the moment he helped me in the rain, the chemistry between us was electric.
We are drawn to one another, and I’m envisioning a different life for myself. One that includes him and his daughter.
He tells me he loves me, yet at the first challenge in our relationship, he pushes me away, putting conditions on our love.
My heart is shattered, but I will not let it ruin my life. I have dreams to follow.
Ones without Hayden Alessi.

Hayden
My life is simple. I work and I take care of my daughter.
I don’t date, and I haven’t slept with a woman in eight years. I’ve never even been tempted.
Until her.
Alyssa Martinez.
Since the moment I saw her dance, she was all I could think about.
And when I found her injured in the rain, I almost broke, finally getting to touch her.
But the last time I was with a woman, my life changed forever.
And I can’t do that again. No matter how much I want Alyssa, she has big dreams and I can’t be left here again to be a single dad.
She told me she needs unconditional love, and I don’t think I can ever give her that.
I’m scared, but I need her like air.
And when I finally come to my senses, it might be too late to ask her to stay.
