Bound Wings

My obsession. The object of my every fixation. My little butterfly finally found out what my “occupation” really is.
And it wasn’t an entrepreneur, like I told her.

I’m the Pakhan of the Russian Bratva.
So she ran. Hid from me. Pushed away, like there’s a single universe out there where she isn’t mine.
And in her desperation to prove we’re done — as if “done” and “us” could ever share the same sentence — she brought another man home.

So now he’s tied to a chair, and I’m on her couch, her whiskey in my hand, watching her try to back away from the unhinged jealousy she can see in my eyes.
“Hmm.” I drop my voice. “Don’t get shy on me now, butterfly. You made him believe you wanted him tonight. Only fair we make sure he sees exactly who you actually belong to.”

I tilt my head at the flush crawling up her face.
“And after, my love? I’m binding those arms of yours and taking you right back to where you belong. My Bratva. As their queen.”
