Harlow Wynn has carved out the best of both her worlds – the glitz, glam and excitement of her mega-star career in Hollywood, balanced out by her charming and idyllic life on picturesque Mackinac Island.
With her divorce behind her, she purchases Lighthouse Lane, a cozy cottage that speaks to her heart, promising the quiet solitude she so desperately craves when she’s out of the spotlight and away from the grueling pressure of her high-powered career. Unfortunately, not everyone on the island is thrilled to have Harlow return home.
Her ex, Robert, is scrambling. The clock is ticking and it’s only a matter of months before his management agreement with Harlow comes to an end.

During a visit to the island, Robert “discovers” drop-dead gorgeous Cheyenne Clifton, an islander who has dreams, plans and aspirations of her own, certain that Robert Barbetz can help her achieve them.
Wynn Harbor Inn’s restoration project is under way. The inn has been leveled, making room for the construction crews to begin rebuilding the premiere property from the ground up. With each passing day, Harlow can’t help but wonder if potential clues to the devastating fire that took her mother’s life are being swept away along with it.
Caleb Jackson, the island’s fire chief and Harlow’s high school sweetheart, has vowed to help the Wynns figure out what happened that fateful night. Hopefully, it’s not too late.
