Evo

An evolving cyborg who no longer trusts himself after being hacked by the alien enemy finds hope in a human with an ancient gift.

The war with the Solcrue Empire threatens the fragile freedom of the humans and their cyborg protectors, as well as their ability to survive the fringes of the galaxy. Can they gain the upper hand and change the course of the war before it’s too late?

I did horrible things under the control of the Solcrue Empire. All I want is to protect my brothers, Relic and Rogue, and never let it happen again. Guilt won’t let me live among them in the shelter of our nebula. None of them hurt the ones we were made to protect, not the way I did. So I take patrol shifts as they rebuild, and I watch for the enemy. I will ensure the Solcrue meet a slow and vicious end when I get my chance. I just don’t know how to prevent the past from repeating.
On a patrol, I encounter a tiny, busted-up ship and a human female in critical condition. She is a stunning creature, resilient, and does not cave under pressure, unlike me. Her engines are damaged, so I tow her back to our mothership for repairs and healing.
What she needs is more than we can give. And the number of humans she says are on her mothership is more than we can take in. So my brothers design a daring plan to take an enemy ship. Aera wants in. She’s stubborn, a bit mouthy, and awakens new energy in my core.

Aera
My human colony is lost, running out of fuel and food among the stars. I am their only hope. I am the healthiest, strongest, and have the best chance of reaching help. It’s a one-way trip in my little starfighter, and I fear by the time I find a way home, I will be too late.
A freak solar storm damages my ship, and I’m left alone in space at the edge of the end until a new kind of terror peers in at me. Evo…Evolution is my saving grace. But the CyberTitans are in need of help too, as they fight back against Solcruean forces. We know a thing or two about surviving in the middle of galactic nowhere. We need refuge. Titans need numbers.
When the Solcrue link me to an ancient source of power, I become a target. The only one who can save me is the one Titan the enemy has managed to hack. He takes the risk, and that means everything to me.
When we both become trapped on an enemy ship, I find myself in a new predicament. I don’t know if I can free him, but he gave my colony a second chance at life. I’ll do anything to prove to him that he’s worth saving and get him in my arms again.

A steamy, slow burn, one-love, plot-driven HEA sci-fi romance with action, violence, and cursing.
