Kane, thirty-seven, is the youngest of the three notorious Kamedov brothers. Wild, reckless, and driven by rage, Kane was raised to follow his orders, and kill for his family. But when both of his brothers meet their demise, he is left with no choice but to become the leader of his once great family.
I’m twenty-three and my entire life has been built around studying hard, getting good grades, and studying some more. As a PhD student, I’m all about that safe academic life. And that’s what brought me to the city. But that doesn’t mean I don’t like to party sometimes. And despite only being in the city for a little while, I’ve made some good friends who love being a Little, just like me.
However a chance meeting with Kane changes everything. Suddenly my safe and fun loving life is turned upside down. I should walk away. I should never even make contact with this fiendishly handsome, intense, and evidently very dangerous Daddy again.
Kane is supposedly the leader of his family business now. But how can I trust a man who doesn’t appear to even trust himself? He’s out of control, and despite what he says, I worry that I could be the victim of his reckless nature.
I plead with Kane that I need a quiet life. But my Daddy tells me that he’ll look after me, discipline me, and make me scream in all the best ways. More than that, he’ll make me the happiest Little in the city—and a part of me even believes him.
