Essie

Name: Essie
Author: Pepper North

Essie Ferguson didn’t plan to inherit a mansion with ghosts, a mysterious cat, and the most aggravating man in the county as a neighbor. She certainly didn’t expect him to end up as her houseguest.
But Zander Templeton isn’t just a handsome stranger. They have a history. Even though his mere presence makes her heart flipflop, Essie definitely doesn’t intend to live by his rules. To her amazement, she discovers that being looked after feels dangerously good. Could Zander be the Daddy Dom she’s always dreamed of finding?
Ferguson’s Folly has a way of arranging things with a little help from an eagle-eyed housekeeper, a pair of reunited ghostly lovers, and one very opinionated orange tom cat.
