Astryd’s luck has just run out.

Living a life of contented solidarity, Astryd’s biggest concern is whether her boss at Sugarfish Bakery will cut her wages for the week. She had been a fool not to leave town when she had the chance. When she awakens, Qurill quickly realizes she’s exactly who he’s been scouring the seas for. There’s only one problem: Astryd is only giving them a night to be together. Qurill knows that to keep her with him below the waves, he’ll have to prove just how pleasurable life with him can be.
