Hallie has always had darker desires, but they were just fantasies she only ever let herself explore in the pages of her favorite dark romance books. Things she could never dream of asking for.

But one night, a joking conversation with Knox, her brother’s charismatic and down-to-earth best friend, takes a decidedly naughty turn. Hallie’s secret desires are exposed, and Knox is hungry to learn more.
Because he’s been hiding a fantasy of his own. But for Knox, it’s always been about Hallie. Little does she know, he’s become obsessive about taking away her control… and now he doesn’t have to hide it anymore.
So an arrangement is made.

Hallie doesn’t know when. And she doesn’t know how. But sometime in the near future, Knox is going to take her by surprise in a terrifying yet satisfying way.
She asked for this.
But she should’ve known Knox never does anything halfway.
