One hit ended his season – and his team’s shot at the cup.

NHL star Levi Carter went down hard during playoffs, and so did his team’s chances of victory. Now he’s nursing a career threatening injury, a bruised ego, and the guilt of letting everyone down. Coach orders him into off-season rehab, but Levi’s not in the mood to be fixed – especially not by a Pilates instructor who seems to be immune to his charm.
Scarlett Quinn has seen her share of broken athletes, but none as stubborn – or as distracting – as Levi Carter. Her job is to rebuild his body, not fall for the man who can’t stop pushing her boundaries.
But between the heat of their sessions, a getaway, some late-night confessions, and the slow burn that turns into something neither of them can ignore, lines blur fast.
He’s desperate for redemption.
She’s risking her heart.

She’s his last shot at recovery – on and off the ice.
