Aditya is a history professor recovering from the consequences of a ten-year marriage. Almora, a city in the lower Himalayas, is his escape from a past life and a bitter divorce. However, he did not expect to meet a charming young gym instructor.

Jimmy is surprised to stumble across a broody man talking to a statue—a stranger who triggers a cherished desire.
Desires that Aditya has no right to be kindling. His bag of woes is increasing by the day. He has promised Shalini, his ex-wife, another two years of his silence. His ex-in-laws are after his life. Time forces Aditya’s hand, putting the love simmering with Jimmy at risk.

When a publicist approaches Jimmy to represent an unknown author, he is sceptical. He hates lies and is wary of deceit. However, the prospect of a modelling career and the prodding of his found family push him to accept. When reality catches up, Jimmy needs the truth, but the truth comes at a price: Aditya must pay or let life tear Jimmy away.
