He blocked her kiss with his hand. She fled to Sweden. Now they’re stuck in a lab together for ninety days.

AUDREY
I tried to kiss Logan Whitman. Chicago’s hottest tech genius. The man I’d been fantasizing about for months.
He literally put his palm over my face like a human stop sign.
So I did what any rational woman would do. I ran away to Sweden for three months and pretended it never happened.
But now I’m back, and there’s an FDA crisis only I can fix. Ninety days. One tiny lab. And the man who apparently finds me so repulsive he had to physically block my mouth from touching his.
I can survive this. I’ve survived worse.
Probably.

LOGAN
She thinks I rejected her. She has no idea I’ve never kissed anyone.
I’m thirty-four. I have two PhDs. I can hack any system in the world. But I panicked during what would have been my first kiss because my brain decided to blue-screen at the worst possible moment.
Now I have ninety days to save a billion-dollar deal, work beside the woman I’ve been in love with since I read her paper on neural signal degradation, and somehow explain that I’m not disgusted by her—I’m just a virgin who short-circuited.
She’s been running from me for three months.
I’m done letting her go.
