Whale Watching with a Bat

World of Aquatica: When a whale shifter does a little underwater exploring, he discovers a passage to the greatest of treasures.

Craeg considers himself blessed to have been taken in by Alpha Kaiser. He’d never been in a shifter pod before, and the fellow marine shifters are friendly and welcoming. When others in the pod begin to be blessed by Fate and find their mates, he’s hopeful, but doesn’t truly expect to find his happily-ever-after, yet. After all, at only a little over a hundred years of age, Craeg is considered young.
That all changes when Craeg indulges in a little underwater exploring with a friend. An earthquake opens a passage to a cave system. Inside, Craeg scents something…or someone…he never expected—his fated mate. Drawn to him, a young bat shifter reveals himself. Silas shares that he’s been living alone as a bat for years.

Coaxing Silas into the light, Craeg realizes that someone is still searching for him. Can he figure out why while keeping him safe?
