Darla is desperate to escape her overbearing parents on their Hawaiian vacation. Who could have expected a whale to swim up beside her on a boating excursion and become her closest confidant? There is something about the whale’s soulful gray eyes and powerful demeanor that she finds intriguing, but alas, she must return to shore with the rest of the humans.
