Travel Grays has faced many hardships in life, including migrating from Haiti with her parents to America. Now, at thirty-three, that same pain is reinforced when her lover, and the father of her child, puts her and her son in danger. With only one place in mind to go, she turns to the one man who has always had her back, her best friend, Trek.
Trek Mounts is a thirty-three-year-old father and transporter of many things. His days in the streets are far in the past, but he’s in the balance, having his hands in both legal and illegal moves. Though cautious and content with his life, he is left desiring a piece of something that seems to be missing.
After agreeing to help his best friend during her time of need, a simple favor evolves into a meaningful and passionate act. As Trek helps Travel carry the heavy load of rebuilding her foundation, she aids him in discovering the more he’s been searching for.

While under the same roof, Trek begins to see Travel in a whole new light, and the idea of having it all starts to feel attainable.
