I came to visit my best friend, drink too much coffee, and forget the mess I made of my ‘big-city’ life.
Spend the holidays in the mountains—that’s all I wanted.
But my first night here, I stepped outside my cabin, hit a patch of ice—
and landed in the arms of a man I shouldn’t want.
Jesse Fletcher.
Firefighter. My bestie’s brother. Certified bad idea.
He catches me like he’s done it a hundred times before…
and looks at me like he wants to do it again.
One night turned into a wildfire.
We swore it was a mistake.
Then I parked my coffee truck outside his fire station
and met his crew—
There’s Leo, who makes me feel safe, but when he growls my name, I melt,
and Karl, the flirty troublemaker who makes me forget every rule.
Now my quiet break is something else entirely…
a small town that feels like home,
and three firefighters who make Christmas burn a little brighter.
Once was a slip-up.
Twice was trouble.
But three times… Coyote Glen is starting to feel like forever.
