Name: Whispers at The Bookshop Pretty Beach
Author: Polly Babbington

75 pages

There’s a bookshop by the sea in the Pollyverse and don’t we know about it: book ladders galore, reading lamps, cosy quilts, piles of books for days and overstuffed curl-up-and-dream chairs. If you’re a bookworm who has ever dreamed of owning a bookshop… come on in.
Daisy Henley’s life in Pretty Beach is finally calm, sweet and oh-so-simple. The bookshop is ticking along, her twin girls are settling in nicely, and the tight-knit seaside town, with its bunting, cinnamon buns and gorgeous community, is giving Daisy all the Pretty Beach feels.
As Daisy makes a home and finds her feet, she lets herself listen to the whispers and possibilities of her very own love story, just like the stories she sells in her bookshop by the sea. But as life begins to unfold, along comes a big old bump in the road to turn her on her head.
Things for Daisy get a little bit complicated and we watch, wonder and cheer to see if she gets the happy ever after she so very much deserves. Will Daisy finally believe she’s worthy of love—or will fear hold her back from the life she longs for?

A warm, uplifting women’s fiction novel perfect for fans of small-town romance. Whispers at The Bookshop Pretty Beach is a laugh-out-loud romcom and cosy contemporary romance with all the charm of a classic British seaside escape.
Feel-good small town romance full of heart, hope and happily-ever-afters…
