Santa doesn’t always wear a red and white suit…
When make-up artist Lydia Hendrick, takes on a job for her best friend who’s gone down with food poisoning, she doesn’t expect to get stuck in Scotland a few days before Christmas. Or for her credit card to be declined as she gets the last room at the hotel. With the cold, hard floor of the airport beckoning, that’s when Santa in a sharp suit steps in.
Joel Grainger is grateful to escape the pre-Christmas build-up in London. It’s a painful reminder of his ex-fiancee who cheated on him the previous year, so a business meeting in Scotland is exactly the break he needs. When he sees a blonde who can’t pay her hotel bill, he can’t resist the damsel in distress and steps in to help. It is the season of goodwill, after all.
Trapped in an artificial bubble, Lydia and Joel discover that maybe being stranded isn’t the worst thing after all. It might just turn out to be the best Christmas yet.
