Thrust together in search of a treasure, Cassandra and Devon must decide if they will take a second chance at love…

Five years ago, Lady Cassandra was left heartbroken, ruined, and regretful. Since the night her brother’s best friend left her to face the consequences of their forbidden liaison alone, the only love she will accept is in the pages of the scandalous romance novels she and her closest friends read in secret.
Devon Addison, Earl of Covington, has given up hope in finding love again. He finds his thrills in wagers and adventures proposed by the equally bored lords and second sons of his circle, intent on forgetting the sister of his best friend.
When the lords and ladies stumble upon a riddle that promises to lead to treasure, they each resolve to find it first. When Cassandra and Devon find themselves searching together, however, will they find a completely unexpected prize instead?
