Wrong Number, Right Single Dad

I don’t believe in love, so my best friend dared me to download a hook-up app.
It was supposed to be simple.

No names.
No strings.
No chance either of us would ever fall in love.

Until he sent a text saying it was an emergency.
I showed up at his door in nothing but a trench coat and heels, expecting another hot encounter—and found a pint-sized girl staring up at me with wide eyes and jelly on her face.
Apparently, the “emergency” wasn’t that kind of emergency.
He thought he was texting a babysitter.
I thought he was asking for some fun.

Instead, I stumbled into the middle of his chaotic, beautiful life—and somehow, I couldn’t make myself walk away.
Now I’m knee-deep in bedtime stories, mac and cheese, and a ridiculously hot single dad who’s way too good at pushing me away the second things start to feel real.
I’ve already given him my body.
