Sherry

As the event planner for my family’s vineyard, I know how to handle pressure. Weddings, tastings, high-profile clients—I keep everything running smoothly. No distractions. No drama. And absolutely no dating coworkers.

Then came Ben.

We hit it off at a Halloween party. A little too well. One night. One mistake.

I told myself it didn’t happen. Then New Year’s Eve proved me wrong.

One more night. One more mistake. And then we were done.

Now, three months later, I have to act like nothing happened—again. Like I don’t remember the way he touched me. Like I don’t feel his eyes on me every time we cross paths at work.

He says I’m lying to myself. Maybe I am. But admitting the truth? That would be the biggest mistake of all.

Ben

Taking the job at Vine Valley was supposed to be simple. Get in, do my work, stay under the radar.

Then I saw her.

Sherry Grasso.

I met her once, and that was all it took for her to get under my skin. One night at a Halloween party. Then another on New Year’s Eve.

She told me it was a mistake. Twice.

Now, she acts like nothing ever happened between us. But every time she looks at me, I see the truth. She remembers.

She thinks ignoring me will make it easier. She’s wrong. Because the closer I get to her, the harder it is to remember why I’m here.

Because the truth is, I’m not the man she thinks I am. And if she ever finds out why I’m really here, I won’t just lose my job.

I’ll lose her.

A Sip of Sherry is a steamy, forbidden workplace romance with undeniable chemistry, fiery tension, and a swoony hero with a secret. Pour a glass of wine and get ready for the heat.
