Clover’s Rules for Surviving Your Hot Roommate:
Rule #1: DON’T let the hot firefighter see you in your ratty PJs.
Rule #2: Just because he’s staying on your couch does NOT mean he belongs in your bed.
Rule #3: Whatever you do, DON’T fall for your brother’s best friend.

It wasn’t my idea to let Banks Priestly crash at my place. But when your brother guilt-trips you into housing his best friend after his apartment floods, what can you do? Now I’ve got six feet of tattooed firefighter invading my space, walking around shirtless, and somehow making the perfect cup of coffee every freaking morning.
It’s horrible.
I need control in my life. It’s how I survive. And having Mr. Hero Complex rearranging my kitchen and giving me that knowing smirk is NOT helping me get closer to my five-year plan.
Then the thunderstorm happens. The power outage. And suddenly all those rules I made? They’re out the window faster than you can say “bad decision.” One night with him was all it took to turn my color-coded life completely upside down.
Now I’m pregnant with Banks’s baby, and he’s going all in—buying a house, planning our future, and refusing to let me push him away. The man literally walks through fire for a living, but convincing me I can depend on him might be his toughest challenge yet.
Problem is, I’m starting to think some rules were made to be broken…

Unexpectedly Ever After is a sweet and steamy emotional romance featuring a swoony firefighter hero and a type-A heroine with a plant obsession.
