Two summers ago I gave my heart to the hockey captain, and he broke it.

I promised myself I’d never make the same mistake again. It was an easy promise to keep while we were hundreds of miles apart—not so easy now that we’re roommates.
Lane Larsen: Golden boy of college hockey. A respected leader with an upstanding reputation, Hollywood good looks, and a golden retriever personality. AKA, the exact opposite of any guy I’ve ever been with.

Me: Rebellious type with a love for tattoos and an aversion to following the rules. AKA, the last girl anyone would expect to catch Lane’s eye.
A year and a half after our summer fling ends in heartbreak, I’ve made progress trying to forget him. But when I transfer to the college he plays for, the last thing I ever expected happens: we end up sharing the same house.
Now the guy I’ve spent eighteen months trying to forget is living in the bedroom next to mine.
It would be safe to keep my distance. Safe to resist reminiscing about the scorching summer nights we spent together. Safe to turn him down when the heating goes out in my room and he offers to share his bed.
Too bad I’ve never been good at playing it safe.

Blocked Score is a college hockey romance novel with steam, no cheating, and a guaranteed HEA ending!
