Some princes aren’t at all charming—they’re simply dangerous.

For the last year, Ivrael has proven again and again that he’s willing to do anything—including commit atrocities—to get his way and gain access to Lara Evans’ hidden powers. And now, the alien duke is taking her back to Earth to collect her sister.
But Ivrael has bigger plans than merely acquiring the Evans girls. He needs them to help him overthrow the Ice Court’s prince—and that means teaching two modern Earth women to navigate the deadly world of Caix nobility.
Lara knows she should refuse. After all, Ivrael’s Cinderella scheme is just another prison, even if it comes with silk gowns instead of servant’s rags.
But as her own mysterious abilities begin to surface and her attraction to Ivrael burns ever hotter, Lara discovers court intrigue is the least of her problems—because the duke isn’t the only one hunting girls with royal blood, and some fates are worse than death.

Dark secrets and court intrigue collide in this steamy second installment of the Empire of Frost and Flame series. Perfect for fans of romantasy who like their fairy tale retellings with a side of aliens and a heavy dash of spice.
