I was a terrible person.
I was in love with two very different, dangerous men.
Choosing between them was impossible.
One was supposed to be my happy ending.
The other was never supposed to happen.
Stone was dependable, caring, and willing to sacrifice every ounce of himself for me.
Mordy, on the other hand, was selfish and unpredictable and made me question the darkest parts of myself.
I continued to love one of them in the daylight from a distance while my heart gave itself to his brother during the nights.

She was the missing link that wound our crime families tighter than every wretched deal any of us ever made. Her safety was our motorcycle club’s priority. Only, I hadn’t decided if her life was worth the risk we were taking by double-crossing not one but two mob families.
I wanted to devour her soul and consume her entirely until nothing remained within. One second, I was hyper-focused on the perfection of her destruction, and the next, I bathed in her existence.
She thought she needed Stone, but I would make her see he wasn’t the only one her heart beat for.
None of us saw the end coming.
But, then again, we didn’t expect the beginning of us either.
