One Last Chance
Dayton is in a place in his life where he’s just about to give up on finding a suitable partner to start a family with. As a male omega over thirty, his biological clock is ticking louder and louder. If it weren’t for his mothers, he probably would have given up on dating already. He’s one of the few unlucky individuals whose pheromones smell nothing like the sweet, lovely scent they should. Following a string of unsuccessful relationships, he starts to believe that he might have to settle with either being alone or ending up with a beta, even to the dismay of his well-meaning parents.
Rowland’s circumstances are a little complicated. No matter his successful career and good looks, there’s no sugarcoating the fact that he’s a thirty-eight-year-old divorcee with three children, at least one of which is becoming more and more of a handful by the day. Never having recovered from his wife’s cruel departure, he’s far too aware that his pheromone condition would be too much to handle for most people. When his mother sets him up on yet another blind date, he relents. Under the condition of it being the last.
