It’s supposed to be a simple job—a request from my new president to scout a potential business.

The strip club in Vegas is nothing special, as routine as any other in the City of Sin. But when I walk in the door, I find a curvy blonde fighting off an overeager, handsy customer.

I step in, sweeping her into my arms and issuing a warning to anyone trying to force themselves on a woman. Lacey isn’t grateful. She’s pissed.

When I leave, I can’t stop thinking about her. She intrigues me. It only takes a few seconds to realize she’s just the type of woman I would fall for. Lacey is heaven on the eyes and hell on the heart.

She’s wrong in every way: too young, troubled, on the opposite side of the law, and hiding a secret that could shatter the new club I joined.

I should stay away.

But I can’t. I have to follow her home, ensuring she’s safe. Something isn’t right when I park my bike. Busting down her door, I stop a vicious attack, saving Lacey’s life. Her enemy? It’s the same one my club has declared war against.

Now, Lacey is mine to protect, and I won’t let anyone harm her. She’s got secrets, but I do, too.
