Irina
I was forged in the fires of tragedy, my family ripped away by Sergei’s brutality.
Now, I live for one purpose: vengeance.
As a hardened mercenary, I’ve honed my body and mind into lethal weapons, all to bring down the man who shattered my world and took my brother.
But when I’m paired with Alexei on this high-stakes mission, my carefully laid plans begin to unravel.
His unwavering optimism and infuriating charm threaten to crack the icy shell I’ve built around my heart.

How can I trust someone in this world of betrayal, especially when my growing feelings for him could jeopardize everything I’ve fought for?

Alexei
I was just a boy when Sergei’s cruelty left me an orphan, but Dmitri gave me a second chance at life.
Now, I’m determined to dismantle Sergei’s empire piece by bloody piece.
My charm is my weapon, my strategic mind my shield.
Then Irina Petrovna crashes into my life – a fierce, broken warrior with eyes that burn with the same thirst for justice that consumes me.
As we navigate this treacherous underworld together, I find myself drawn to her strength, her passion, her pain.

But in a world where trust is a luxury we can’t afford, can I risk opening my heart?
And if I do, will our love be strong enough to survive the storm that’s coming?
With enemies closing in and the stakes higher than ever, Irina and I must decide if what’s growing between us is worth risking everything for.
Can our growing bond be our salvation?
Or will it be the weakness that finally destroys us both?
