When a Texas socialite is abducted, the kidnappers make a puzzling demand: Maverick Ops’ security specialist, Presley Nolan, and his former partner at San Antonio PD, Billie Cooper, are to do the ransom exchange to free the hostage. Presley and Billie have no idea why they’ve been chosen, and they’re not happy about working together again.
