Twenty years as rock and roll’s bad boy should have set me up for life. Too bad my embezzling jackhole of an accountant ran off with it all, leaving me just enough money to survive.
All I have left is devastating charm, massive talent and a gorgeous piece of property in the Willamette Valley. Looks like yours truly just became a winemaker.
But then my agent literally drops Dez at my door. This girl is everything I don’t need: too pretty, too sincere, and determined to “fix me” so I don’t scare away customers with “my arrogant attitude.” It’s nonsense. I’m determined to send her packing, just as soon as I show her I don’t need her services.
The problem is that every day I spend with Dez lets her get a little deeper under my skin. Every touch makes me forget all the reasons I want to be alone. Every kiss makes me think foolish things like forever.

Until I discover what Dez has been hiding from me, and it all falls apart.
