Dixie Plaza. The hell hole I grew up in, is my new home, courtesy of my Dad’s petty spite. He sold my grandma’s house out from under me and now all I can afford is this beat up trailer. But Dixie Plaza isn’t all bad.
The hot, single dad neighbor with a slightly shady past and a killer smile? That’s definitely a plus. The way my pulse kicks up when he turns that smile in my direction? That’s a problem.

How the hell am I supposed to stay away from this woman when my kid adores her and the feeling is obviously mutual? I don’t have time to get involved with the pretty brunette who is not trailer park material. My daughter is my only priority. So what if I see my gorgeous new neighbor in my dreams?
