There’s order in his courtroom,
But not with his fake girlfriend.

Top-tier lawyer Zev Brady is not in control. Ever since a half-naked heiress fell out of a tree and onto his head, the carefully crafted order in his life has gone berzerk. One moment, he was at a wedding his bossy sister, Azura, had forced him to attend, and the next, he had Isla Valehart in his arms. Now, the paparazzi have popped up out of nowhere, and they’ve caught him with a mostly naked millionaire darling in his arms. And if that wasn’t bad enough, Azura insists there’s only one solution to the problem: Fake date Isla Valehart until the paparazzi leave her alone.
Ecologist nerd Isla Valehart has never been kissed. She’s never been touched by a man, never been wooed, and she’s certainly never been carried in her underwear by a giant yeti of a man. But when the paparazzi catch her in Zev Brady’s arms–in her ugliest pair of underwear, no less–Isla finds herself with no choice but to date the broody Mr. Brady. It’s not all bad. He’s easy to provoke, and Isla loves poking the grouchy lawyer bear. Also, she’s somehow ended up making a deal with Zev that she can’t resist: Stay in his home so he can keep an eye on her, and he’ll give her kissing lessons.
Win-win, right? Except the kissing lessons are starting to feel real, and the paparazzi are getting frighteningly bold. Soon, Isla can’t decide what is the bigger danger in her life–the stalkers with cameras, or her genuine feelings for her fake boyfriend.
