One train. Two rules. Three days to fall in love.

Clair Ackerman needs a stiff drink and a distraction. Lost after her recent breakup, she’s looking for a way to reclaim her newfound independence. What she gets instead is an unexpected reunion with her high school crush, Aiden Lewis.

Shut off from the world, Aiden would rather work through his paid vacation than take the time off. When he goes for a drink at his local bar, the last thing he expects to find is a girl from his past with big plans of taking the train to Florida.

Even though he swore he’d never go back to Florida, Aiden can’t deny he’s worried about the girl from high school he could never fully forget.

Claire doesn’t want to fall for the grumpy construction worker, so she makes a rule to ensure that doesn’t happen.

The last thing Aiden wants is to develop feelings for bright-eyed Claire, so he tops her rule with one of his own.

Will their efforts be enough to keep them apart, or will this spontaneous trip spark a love that neither knew they needed?

If you love banter, steam, and short chapters to keep you reading, you'll love Aiden and Claire.
