As dawn streaked across the sky, I had another orgasm. I’d had so many, I’d lost count. I was sore and exhausted, and I didn’t care.

Our skin was slick with sweat as I crested another wave, Bones’ own release chasing mine. We collapsed onto the bed.

When I finally found my voice, I said, “I think you turned me into jelly. I can’t move.”

“You don’t have to move.” He cuddled me close. “At least not right now.”

“You might want to take care of the condom, though,” I remarked.

“Yeah. I’ll do that.”

He didn’t budge.

“You didn’t move.” I laughed.

“Physically incapable.”

“I knew we should’ve hydrated,” I remarked. “And stretched.”

“You can stretch now. I’ll watch.”

“Fiend.”

He grabbed the back of my head and kissed me before releasing me. I got up from the bed and my vision immediately swam. I grasped the nightstand to ground me, but it didn’t stop me from swaying.

“Hey, you okay?” Bones asked.

“Hmm. Yeah.” I waited for my vision to clear and then I turned to look at him. I forced a grin. “I think it’s low blood sugar.”

Damned dirty liar.

“Well, let’s get you fed.”

Ten minutes later, we were in the kitchen.

“You sit,” Bones commanded, pointing to the stool at the island. “I’ll cook.”

“What are you cooking?” I asked.

“You like eggs?”

“Yes.”

“Okay. You have bread?”

“Yup.”

“Then sit back and watch how hot I am with a spatula in my hand.”

He was shirtless, moving around my kitchen, all rippled muscles and ink.

“What do your tattoos mean?” I asked.

He took a sip of coffee before he turned on the spider burner. “They mean what they mean.”

“Okay, Yoda.”

“Yoda?” He looked at me over his shoulder and grinned. “You’re a Star Wars fan.”
